James Sajo writes non-fiction articles for newspapers, magazines and e-zines.  He also writes non-fiction books covering diverse topics such as pizza, travel, food and wine (particularly from Italy), the Olympic Games, and the 150th Anniversary of Italy.

His first novel, “The Salome Effect,” was published in 2012.  He is currently working on the second novel, a historical fiction set in 17th century Italy. He continues working on a series of short e-books about the things he loves most in Italy; Venice, Torino, wine and food.

He and his wife lived in Italy for 30 years. They have just moved to the United States and are in Portland, Oregon.
